Service Terms & Offers

Clear expectations and straightforward pricing.

Service requests and appointments

Submitting a request through this website does not itself confirm an appointment. ACS Air Care contacts customers to discuss service availability, scheduling and the scope of work.

Estimates and pricing

Free in-home evaluations and estimates are available. Service prices depend on the property, access, condition and agreed work. Any additional work or optional treatment is discussed before proceeding.

Featured air duct offer

The advertised $99 starting special covers basic air duct cleaning for up to six vents, including the main return and basic sanitizing, for qualifying residential service. Free dryer vent cleaning is offered with a scheduled qualifying appointment. Additional vents and specialized services may carry separate charges.

Service information

Air duct and home cleaning are maintenance services. Individual conditions and outcomes vary, and site descriptions are not guarantees of health results or removal of every airborne contaminant.
